Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all fit-out works at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and the client.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved schedule.
• Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.
• Coordinate with design, BIM, MEP and procurement teams to resolve technical issues.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements before execution.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure availability for site activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Identify site issues and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare snag lists and ensure timely completion of all outstanding works before handover.
• Support project close‑out activities, testing, commissioning and final handover.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials and finishing works.
• Experience in luxury villas, residential, commercial, hospitality or office fit-out projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of project coordination and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
