Senior Project Manager - High-Rise Residential; UAE

This role is to oversee the successful delivery of residential building projects from construction through to handover. The role is responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high‑rise residential or villa developments within the UAE and possess excellent leadership, technical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage the end-to-end execution of residential building projects from mobilization to project completion and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Review project schedules, monitor milestones, and implement recovery plans where necessary to mitigate delays.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, local authority regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, construction quality, and overall project performance.
• Review contractor progress reports, method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals in coordination with the technical team.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage project budgets, variations, claims, and cost implications in coordination with the commercial team.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years managing residential building developments in the UAE.
• Proven experience delivering high‑rise residential, mixed‑use, or large‑scale villa developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, contract administration, and UAE building regulations.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
