Atkins Real invites an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control on newly awarded UAE projects across hospitality, residential, buildings and infrastructure. You will prepare estimates, manage contracts, and collaborate with consultants and clients to achieve project objectives.
The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years post‑degree experience, and strong English writing skills. FIDIC experience is preferred, with adept cost reporting and use of CostX.
