Project Director

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Director to lead the execution of landmark high-rise residential towers and luxury villa developments. The ideal candidate must come from a Main Contractor background, possessing strong structural, vertical logistics, and commercial expertise to manage large-scale construction from breaking ground through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership:
  Lead full project life cycles, site setup, vertical logistics, and site teams across high-rise and villa packages
• Commercial & P&L:
  Hold full profit/loss responsibility, managing budgets, progress claims, variations, and main contract administration
• Stakeholder Management:
  Act as the primary contact for Clients, PMCs, Lead Consultants, and local authorities
• HSE & Quality:
  Enforce strict site safety, environmental protocols, and QA/QC standards for structural and fit-out works

Key Requirements

• Education:
  
  Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (Chartered MRICS/MCIOB preferred)
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in building construction
• Contractor Background:
  Proven background working with major Main Contractorsin the UAE or GCC
• Project Portfolio:
  Demonstrated success delivering 30+ story high-rise residential towers and villa/residential developments
• Technical & Commercial:
  Strong grasp of standard contracts (e.g., FIDIC), high-rise structural systems (climb formwork, PT), facades, and MEP integration
