Accurately estimate project costs for civil and piping works preparing detailed Bills of Quantities BoQ and tender documents. Manage and control project budgets throughout the entire lifecycle identifying and mitigating cost overruns. Negotiate and procure materials and services ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to quality standards. Administer contracts including variations claims and final accounts ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
BS in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quantity surveying, specifically within civil and piping projects.
Proven track record in cost estimation, tendering, contract administration, and claims management.
Eligibility Criteria- Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
- Clean-shaven policy applicable
- Candidates must be immediate joiners
- Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
Managerial and SR. Positions: A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
