S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5-7 years of Gulf experience in civil and piping projects. You will estimate costs, control budgets, and mitigate overruns while negotiating procurement and administering contracts, variations, claims and final accounts in line with contractual terms.
Minimum qualifications include a BS in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and professional recognition such as MRICS/MCIOB or equivalents.
