Construction Manager - Civil; Walkin - Mumbai, Chennai & Kochi

Oversee all on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards for civil works Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor fostering a safe and productive working environment Implement and enforce strict health safety and environmental HSE policies conducting regular site inspections Monitor project progress against the construction plan identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions promptly Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil construction project management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure or building projects. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Maximum age limit is 49 years

For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
