LAND SURVEYOR

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to support industrial and construction projects in the UAE. The role involves carrying out site surveys, setting out structural and infrastructure works, verifying construction accuracy, and preparing survey documentation using modern surveying equipment.

• Conduct topographic, control, and construction surveys.
• Establish project control points, benchmarks, gridlines, and levels.
• Set out foundations, concrete structures, structural steel, roads, and infrastructure works.
• Verify construction alignments, elevations, coordinates, and dimensions.
• Operate GPS, Total Station, Auto Level
  , and other surveying instruments.
• Prepare survey calculations, survey reports, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Maintain survey records and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Assist with quantity verification and site measurements where required.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects

• Hands-on experience in foundation, concrete, structural steel, and infrastructure setting out
  .
• Proficient in GPS, Total Station, Auto Level, and survey calculations.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, coordinates, and surveying standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
