We are hiring Quantity Surveyors with 3–5 years of mandatory experience in façade projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BOQ verification, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, variation orders, progress billing, subcontractor coordination, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BOQ verification, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, variation orders, progress billing, subcontractor coordination, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Façade/Aluminum & Glazing projects (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Experience in progress billing, variation orders, and commercial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Verify BOQs against subcontract packages and contract agreements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Monitor material deliveries and installation progress.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Logistics, and Technical teams.
- Prepare monthly progress claims and payment applications.
- Review drawing revisions and prepare variation orders (VOs).
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and change orders.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reports.
- Maintain payment records, interim payment applications, and project documentation.
- Track project progress, profitability, and commercial performance.
