We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Manage all on-site construction activities and act as the primary technical advisor to subcontractors, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily site operations to ensure timely project execution.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
• Verify site setting out, leveling, surveying, and construction measurements.
• Ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, quantity surveyors, planners, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Manage material procurement, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to optimize project performance.
• Evaluate material requirements, negotiate pricing where applicable, and recommend cost-effective construction solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Supervise site workforce and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor quality control processes and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, construction issues, and project risks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
• Ensure project delivery within approved budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager, or Project Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering drawings, contracts, and project execution.
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good understanding of local construction regulations, building codes, and HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in project planning and construction management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
