Talent One in the United Arab Emirates is seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors with 3–5 years of mandatory experience in façade projects to lead commercial activities across the project lifecycle.
You will verify BOQs, prepare take-offs and cost estimates, manage variation orders and progress billing, monitor deliveries, and coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Logistics and Technical teams to deliver accurate cost reporting and strong commercial performance.
