About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Engineer to manage and coordinate site activities across our subcontracting portfolio with a primary focus on interlock Kerbstone and concrete works The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UAE infrastructure or road projects strong technical knowledge and the ability to independently oversee multiple sites while liaising effectively with main contractors and internal teams
Key Responsibilities- Contractor Coordination em Coordinate with main contractors to ensure continuous availability of work front areas
Liaise with main contractors regarding material supply delivery scheduling and site unloading
Follow up consistently with main contractors to secure timely monthly payment certificates - em Progress Measurement Management em Conduct monthly assessments of completed work areas and prepare accurate measurement documentation
Obtain formal sign-off from the main contractor s representative on completed works
Submit regular detailed progress reports to upper management - em Site Manpower Management em Manage and oversee multiple construction sites simultaneously
Allocate daily manpower resources based on site requirements and work priorities
Supervise and direct foremen drivers and site labor to ensure productivity and quality standards
Identify and resolve labor-related issues promptly and professionally - em Technical Execution em Accurately read interpret and apply construction drawings and specifications on site Ensure works are executed in line with project specifications quality standards and safety requirements
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for site outcomes
- Experience
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 2 5 years of relevant site engineering experience within the UAE subcontractor experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience on Road or Infrastructure projects mandatory Solid hands-on experience in interlock Kerbstone and concrete works
Proven ability to manage manpower and coordinate across multiple active sites
Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management skills - Valid UAE Driving License mandatory
- Salary AED 3 000 6 000 per month commensurate with experience
