Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

A growing organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong site management experience and a proven background in delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects.

The selected candidate will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed according to schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. Candidates with UAE interior fit-out experience are encouraged to apply.

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Prepare regular site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure all works meet required quality and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for effective solutions.
• Support project planning and execution activities.

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out projects and site operations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
