This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Abu Dhabi. The Site Engineer will oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues on site. The role also involves implementing quality control procedures, inspecting work for compliance with structural and civil engineering requirements, and preparing regular site reports.

The Site Engineer will support timely project delivery by managing resources, addressing on-site challenges, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

• Strong on-site supervision and coordination skills, with experience managing construction activities and site operations.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Proficiency in quality control processes, including inspection, documentation, and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices relevant to building and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and industry codes.
• Ability to work safely on site, with a strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE construction projects and local regulations is an advantage.
