Black & Grey HR Consultancy FZE is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Project Controls team in Abu Dhabi on a permanent basis. You will monitor project costs, manage budgets, and prepare client invoices while supporting the financial performance of offshore projects.
Collaborate with Project Controls, Commercial, Finance, Procurement and Project Management to produce cost reports, forecasts and variance analyses, ensuring compliance with contracts and governance requirements.
