Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee interior fit-out projects in Abu Dhabi The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior design implementation works including decor gypsum false ceilings drywall partitions and finishing works The role involves supervising site activities coordinating with clients and subcontractors ensuring quality standards and delivering projects on time
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate installation of false ceilings gypsum partitions decor and finishing works
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers consultants subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality safety and compliance with project requirements
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
- Resolve site-related technical issues and recommend practical solutions
- Ensure availability of materials manpower and equipment as per project schedule
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and HSE regulations
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates to management
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Site Engineer in interior fit-out projects
- Experience in décor, gypsum false ceiling, drywall partitions, and finishing works
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and shop drawings
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
