Job Title: Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Estimator (Roads, Bridges, Rail & Tunneling)
The Sr. Quantity Surveyor
- Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, rail, and tunneling. The role supports bidding activities, cost planning, and commercial evaluations to ensure competitive and compliant proposals.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare tender pricing, commercial proposals, and bid documentation.
- Evaluate project risks and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Support contract administration, variations, and cost control.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and FIDIC conditions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of estimation and quantity surveying experience in roads, bridges, rail, or tunneling projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, FIDIC, and tendering procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
- UAE experience required .
