HSE Officer (Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, project requirements and UAE regulations
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment PPE
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks and HSE awareness training
• Prepare risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis JSA and safety reports
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor permit-to-work activities and ensure safe work practices are followed
• Coordinate emergency response drills and maintain emergency equipment
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports and documentation
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 2 5 years of construction HSE experience (UAE experience preferred).
• NEBOSH IGC required; OSHA certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety training.
• With Valid driving License.

• Currently based in UAE (Abu Dhabi) or ready to relocate.
