QCS Senior Foreman

We're Expanding Our Quality Control Supervision Team in Abu Dhabi!

We are looking for experienced QCS Senior Foreman to join our team for large-scale construction projects in Abu Dhabi.

• We are seeking motivated professionals with a minimum of 5 years of inspection experience in building construction projects.
• Preferred Nationality:
  Turkish, Azerbaijani, Turkmen, or Uzbek nationals only.

• Minimum 5 years of inspection experience in building construction projects.
• Good computer literacy and confidence in using digital construction and inspection platforms.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with site teams.
• Ability to provide hands-on training and practical guidance to site teams within their area of expertise.
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality control processes.
• Proactive approach to identifying and correcting quality issues during construction to minimize defects at project completion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with engineers and supervisors.
• Ability to work efficiently in challenging site conditions, including hot weather, dust, and other demanding construction environments.
