Job Title:
Procurement Quantity Surveyor
Job SummaryThe Procurement Quantity Surveyor is responsible for supporting procurement and commercial activities by preparing BOQs, evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, administering contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement for construction projects.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and recommend awards.
- Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration activities.
- Review variations, claims, and payment applications.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Estimation, and Finance teams.
- Maintain procurement records and commercial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contract requirements.
