We're Hiring:
Mechanical Foreman – Villa Projects (UAE)
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team for luxury villa construction projects.
Requirements:- Minimum 8 years construction experience
. - Proven experience in villa projects is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, firefighting, and pump installations.
- Ability to supervise site activities, subcontractors, and skilled workers while ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Capable of reading and interpreting MEP drawings and coordinating with civil, architectural, and electrical teams.
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.
