Construction Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a professional Construction Manager to work in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building or similar field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
The primary role of the Construction Manager is to ensure that all construction and development projects are completed on time, within budget and according to specifications. The individual must be highly organised, able to work independently, have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to manage large and complex projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: supervising day-to-day operations on site; developing plans for construction activities; developing project timelines; coordinating with contractors, architects and engineers; monitoring progress of projects; preparing cost estimates; managing budgets; maintaining quality control standards; overseeing safety practices; providing technical advice on design and construction techniques.
The salary for this position is 1400 per month plus benefits, depending on experience. We would also consider an immigrant who has relevant experience and qualifications. If you are confident that you meet the requirements of this position, please apply with your CV.
