We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have the necessary experience and qualifications to manage the construction process of multiple projects concurrently. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to completion, including supervision of contractors and ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
The Construction Manager will be responsible for completing projects on time and within budget while delivering a superior customer experience.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager in Abu-Dhabi is preferred but not essential
- Thorough knowledge of local construction codes and safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Oversight of all phases of construction projects from start to finish while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Monitoring progress reports on each project
- Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors and other personnel involved in construction work
- Scheduling subcontractor activities/deliverables
- Inspecting materials used during the process for quality assurance purposes
- Maintaining accurate records of expenses incurred during the project’s lifetime
- Enforcing safety regulations at all times during the course of construction activities
