Construction Project Manager
Our construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our various projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and coordinating all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This position requires excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse team of professionals.
Responsibilities- Develop project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and budgets
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of construction activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Hire and supervise contractors and subcontractors as needed
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working in Abu Dhabi or the Middle East
- Fluent in English (with preference for Indian candidates)
Salary: $1400 per month
