Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team of professionals in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will be working closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant with no experience who is eager to learn and grow in the construction field.

- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, staff and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress daily through inspections and reports
- Develop detailed project plans setting out timelines, milestones and budgets
- Ensure safety standards are met throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a Construction Manager role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
