Construction Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position comes with a salary of 1600 per month and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the position.

Job Description:

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, organizing, controlling and leading of a wide variety of construction projects. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Duties include but are not limited to: creating project plans, estimating costs, overseeing the construction process, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control standards are met and reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements for Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing construction projects
• Ability to interpret plans and specs accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols in construction sites
• Working knowledge of building codes and regulations
