Construction Manager (Contract) - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing on-site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Plan, organize and manage all phases of the construction process
• Develop project budgets and timelines
• Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and engineers
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders and permits
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment and safety regulations
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
