Construction Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE in construction management.

We are looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager for a full-time role in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will manage the construction of projects, coordinate with different teams and ensure that the projects are completed on time and with the highest quality.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in construction management and demonstrate excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be able to work independently and show a high degree of self-motivation. Knowledge of local building regulations is also required.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion, including scheduling, budget management, supervising contractors and subcontractors, ensuring safety standards are met, providing progress reports to higher level management, negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, managing quality control processes, coordinating materials delivery and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1400
