Construction Project Manager A reputable construction company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and practices, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region.

• Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee all aspects of the project including budget, schedule, quality control, and safety
• Monitor progress and ensure project stays on track
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met
• Prepare project reports and documentation as needed
• Manage resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and schedules
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi is preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
