Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is suitable for experienced professionals with a strong background in managing construction projects, preferably in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

As this is a contract job, candidates must be willing to work on a project-to-project basis and be able to adapt to different project requirements.

• Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholders
• Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are followed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular project updates
• Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the course of the project

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Experience working on large-scale projects in the Gulf region preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent communication skills

We offer competitive salary starting at 1600$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for selected candidates. This position is suitable for men who are willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi.
