We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and coordinating with subcontractors.

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry.
• Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred but not required.
• We are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

• Developing detailed construction plans, budgets and schedules; monitoring progress against established timelines and budgets; making adjustments as needed.
• Overseeing the selection and management of subcontractors, vendors and suppliers; ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and safety requirements; providing guidance when needed.
• Coordinating activities of different teams involved in the project; resolving conflicts that arise; ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle by regularly inspecting completed work for accuracy and compliance with plans, specifications and codes.
• Maintaining accurate records; preparing detailed reports on progress against plans, budgets or timelines; providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
