Talent One is seeking a Lead Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) professional to drive CWPs and IWPs across major oil & gas projects in the UAE. You will coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement and construction teams to ensure complete data and orderly execution.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of construction project experience and hands-on AWP experience, with strong leadership, coordination and communication skills to mentor junior engineers on complex work packages.
