We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Roads & Highways with a solid background in infrastructure and earthworks, and strong capabilities in project planning and coordination.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise road and highway infrastructure works, including earthworks, grading, subgrade preparation, and pavement construction.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, method statements, and technical specifications related to road and infrastructure projects.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure activities are executed according to approved plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with survey teams for setting out, levels, and alignment verification.
• Review and monitor earthwork quantities, including excavation, filling, compaction, and material utilization.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for road and earthwork projects.
• Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Support tender preparation and review technical submissions related to infrastructure works.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in roads, infrastructure, and earthwork projects.
• Experience in project planning and scheduling using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to perform quantity take-offs and analyze earthwork volumes.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and safety standard s.
