Site Supervisor | Civil Supervisor | Mep Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction civil and MEP activities
• Manage site workers technicians and subcontractors
• Review and follow approved drawings shop drawings and specifications
• Monitor work quality productivity and project progress
• Coordinate with engineers consultants QA QC teams and subcontractors
• Ensure the availability and proper use of materials tools and equipment
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of assigned work
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions
• Maintain daily manpower material equipment and progress records
• Ensure compliance with health safety quality and environmental procedures
• Monitor civil structural finishing HVAC electrical plumbing drainage and firefighting works
• Coordinate civil and MEP activities to prevent clashes and rework
• Support testing commissioning snagging rectification and handover activities
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant construction-site experience
• Previous UAE or GCC experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures
• Ability to read civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Good understanding of quality-control and safety requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with multiple project teams
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage
