- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, translating them into actionable site plans and work instructions for construction teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university, providing a strong theoretical foundation.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in civil construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
