Assistant Project Manager – Solar PV

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in planning coordinating and executing Solar PV projects Monitor project progress schedules manpower materials and resources Coordinate with engineering procurement construction QA QC and HSE teams Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers consultants clients and other stakeholders Monitor site activities to ensure works are completed according to approved drawings specifications quality standards and project schedules Assist in preparing daily weekly and monthly project progress reports Identify project risks delays and issues and assist in implementing corrective actions Support project documentation inspections approvals testing commissioning and handover activities Ensure compliance with UAE GCC construction safety quality and regulatory requirements Attend project and site coordination meetings as required

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in Solar PV projects is mandatory.

GCC experience is mandatory, preferably UAE experience.

Strong construction/project management background is highly preferred.

Experience in EPC, renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.

Good knowledge of project planning, site execution, subcontractor coordination, and project reporting.

Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management/planning tools.
