Senior Project Manager Interior Fit

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end interior fit-out project lifecycle from conceptualization to handover ensuring strict adherence to scope budget and timeline.
• Develop and meticulously execute comprehensive project plans including detailed schedules resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies tailored for complex fit-out environments.
• Oversee and coordinate all site activities ensuring seamless collaboration between architects designers contractors and suppliers to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Implement robust cost control measures track project expenditures against budget and proactively identify and address potential financial deviations.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP more beneficial.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience specifically in managing high-end interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial, retail or hospitality fit-out projects on time and within budget.
