To supervise day-to-day site operations and crews ensuring works are executed safely on schedule and to the required quality
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities
- Manage labor crews equipment and material usage
- Ensure site safety rules and quality standards are followed
- Read drawings and set daily work priorities with engineers
- Report progress issues and manpower status to site management
Technical diploma or equivalent field experience.
Min. 8 years of experience in construction site supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site safety.
Ability to lead multicultural labor teams.
Good communication skills in English;
Arabic is a plus.
