Construction Manager - High-rise Project

We are hiring Construction Managers for our High-rise projects in UAE region. Candidates with experience working in High-rise project and exposure working in GCC region can apply.

• Ensure daily, monthly, and quarterly project targets are met effectively.
• Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring progress aligns with contractual agreements through periodic meetings, documented decisions, and assigned responsibilities.
• Break down the approved project plan into detailed tasks with defined timelines, working alongside the Project Planner and allocating responsibilities to site management teams.
• Coordinate and integrate efforts across Civil, MEP, subcontractors, interior design teams, and regulatory authorities to maintain project schedule adherence.
• Plan material procurement proactively, especially for long-lead items, coordinating with the Lead Planner and Project Manager to align with site progress and reduce waste.
• Manage project invoicing, ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups, including claims for variations and extensions of time.
• Document all specification or design changes, conducting cost and time impact analyses, and initiate additional work only upon written client approval.
• Oversee resource demobilization, ensuring manpower and equipment exit as scheduled to prevent unnecessary cost overruns.
• Uphold stringent health and safety standards, implementing zero-tolerance practices and ensuring proper training, PPE usage, and site housekeeping.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and consultants, reinforcing the company’s project delivery expertise to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with established quality processes and specifications outlined in the company’s Quality Manual.
• Identify and report any site discrepancies or execution errors to the Project Manager for swift resolution.

• Civil Engineering Graduate with 15+ years of experience.
• Should have extensive experience working in High-rise projects.
• Candidates available in GCC would be preferred
• Must have GCC experience.
