Construction Supervisor

  Purpose:

  We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, progress, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction supervision and a strong background in managing project documentation and contractor coordination.

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide PMC site inspection teams, ensuring awareness of project quality requirements.
  • Ensure all site activities are monitored, and relevant quality records are established and maintained.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with contract requirements, approved materials, and shop drawings, reporting deviations to the Construction Manager.
  • Monitor contractors' storage, handling, and preservation activities to ensure compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
  • Review and comment on contractors' site organization, key personnel CVs, proposed construction equipment, manpower histograms, sub-contractors, vendors, materials, shop drawings, and transmittals.
  • Oversee contractors' compliance with design changes, method statements, quality control procedures, inspection and test plans, safety plans, and project schedules.
  • Advise on potential variations, claims, progress slippages, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Participate in project meetings, final inspections, punch list preparation, commissioning plans, and project closeout reviews.
  • Ensure reporting and coordination of non-conformities through Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
  Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher.
  • Minimum 20 years of overall experience in construction, with at least 12 years in project supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, safety standards, and project documentation management.
  • Experience in reviewing contractor submissions, assessing variations, and monitoring project progress.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
  • Familiarity with ADNOC procedures, industry standards, and safety regulations is highly desirable.
  • Available in UAE / Immediate joiners preferred.
