ROLE OVERVIEW- -High school Diploma or Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Technical or Vocational Certificate or a related field – preferred, especially in construction, civil works, electrical, mechanic
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in water and road infrastructure projects.
- -Strong knowledge of civil, roadworks, and water infrastructure works.
- -Ability to read drawings and work instructions.
- -Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
- -Ability to supervise manpower, equipment, and subcontractors.
- -Knowledge of HSE requirements and quality control procedures.
- -Good site coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
