Experience 10-15 Year(s) Vacancy 5 Any Nationality Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
ROLE OVERVIEW- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant construction experience, with significant experience in bulk earthworks and major civil/infrastructure projects.
- Manage and supervise bulk earthworks and civil construction activities.
- Oversee excavation, back filling, grading, filling, compaction, and site preparation works.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with approved specifications.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Survey, Planning, and Project Management teams.
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and within the approved schedule and budget.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical and operational support to the construction team.
- With prior ADNOC experience preferred; immediate joiners will be given priority.
