Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land topographical and construction site surveys
- Establish survey control points benchmarks levels and site coordinates
- Verify site layouts dimensions elevations and boundaries as per approved drawings
- Carry out setting-out activities for civil and construction works
- Prepare survey reports drawings calculations and as-built documentation
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station GPS GNSS Auto Level and other relevant instruments
- Coordinate with project engineers site teams consultants and contractors
- Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of construction surveying, setting-out, leveling, and topographical surveys.
- Proficiency in using Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and related surveying equipment.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
