- Preparation of technical clarifications and tender submissions
- Rate analysis and build-up of unit rates
- Cost comparison and value engineering
- Construction methodology and sequencing
- Specifications, contracts, and tender documentation
- AutoCAD or Bluebeam or CostX or Candy or Planswift (or equivalent), and Excel
Rail, infrastructure, bridge, tunnelling or civil construction, infrastructure, high rise, industrial projects.
