Site Manager, Civil Engineering
We are looking for a Site Engineer - Infrastructure with UAE/GCC construction experience to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview project drawings and specifications.
Plan and manage manpower, materials, and equipment.
Execute work as per project schedule and coordinate with site supervisors.
Monitor daily productivity and submit progress reports.
Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, Safety, and Store teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
Manage subcontractors and ensure timely project completion.
Handle corrective actions and close site issues promptly.
Support workforce productivity and performance improvement.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience in Infrastructure projects (Roads, Utilities, Drainage, etc.).
Strong knowledge of construction site execution.
Good coordination and communication skills.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
