Experience 3-5 Year(s) Vacancy 4 Any Nationality Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, HSE, Construction, or a related field.
ROLE OVERVIEW- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Permit coordination, preferably in oil & gas, EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Valid ADNOC-approved Permit-to-Work certification/training is required.
- Coordinate and manage the Permit-to-Work (PTW) process in accordance with ADNOC requirements and site procedures.
- Review permit applications to ensure all required information, risk assessments, method statements, and supporting documents are complete.
- Coordinate with Permit Issuers, Permit Receivers, Area Authorities, HSE personnel, and site supervisors for permit approval and execution.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, PTW procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and registers of all active, suspended, expired, and closed permits.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with PTW requirements.
