Yard Construction Manager – Jackets & Modular Structures

Lead yard construction fabrication and integration of offshore jackets topside modules and structural steel Manage fabrication assembly erection welding fit-up integration and completion activities Plan and coordinate manpower equipment materials and construction sequences Manage heavy lifting crane operations SPMT movements module integration load-out and sea-fastening Coordinate interfaces across Structural Piping Mechanical E I Welding Coating and Commissioning disciplines Implement construction methodologies lifting plans work packs method statements and schedules Monitor progress productivity and milestones identify constraints and implement recovery plans Lead subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe timely and quality execution Coordinate with Engineering Procurement QA QC HSE Planning Marine Logistics Client PMC and EPC teams Ensure effective utilization of cranes SPMTs lifting equipment and fabrication resources Drive productivity improvements and minimize rework delays and construction inefficiencies Manage technical queries design changes NCRs punch lists and field modifications Ensure material control traceability documentation as-built records and final handover Prepare and review daily weekly and monthly construction progress reports

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore EPC, fabrication or construction projects. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in fabrication yards managing offshore jackets, modules or large structural projects. Strong experience in jacket fabrication, modular construction, structural steel, heavy lifting and load-out operations. Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors. Strong knowledge of fabrication-yard construction methodologies, lifting operations and project controls.

Experience working with major Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors and PMC organizations. Excellent leadership, communication, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
