Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines to optimize financial performance.

• Manage and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors ensuring all parties adhere to agreed terms for successful project execution.
• Monitor project expenditures and cash flow implementing cost control measures to prevent budget overruns and enhance profitability.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation in construction principles.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS or RICS accreditation, showcasing dedication to industry standards and ethical practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial developments.
• Experience in working with international construction companies, promoting a diverse understanding of global industry practices.
