Senior Construction Manager-Bridges

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring a Senior Construction Manager-Bridge (Structure) for major Railway Project. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction of railway bridges, viaducts, and associated structures.
• Oversee piling, foundations, piers, abutments, bearings, precast/prestressed girders, launching, deck slabs, and related works.
• Manage construction planning, sequencing, manpower, equipment, materials, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Commercial, and subcontractor teams.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, railway standards, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.
• Monitor progress, schedule, cost, and quality, and implement corrective/recovery measures.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate interfaces with track, stations, utilities, MEP, and other railway disciplines.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, authorities, and subcontractors.
• Lead site construction teams and ensure timely completion of bridge works.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 18+ years of experience in major bridge/viaduct and infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in railway bridge construction
  , including foundations, piers, precast/prestressed girders, launching, and deck construction.
• Experience with large-scale railway/high-speed rail or metro projects is highly preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
