Infrastructure Site Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Site Engineer to manage on-site execution of infrastructure works such as roads, utilities, drainage, and earthworks. The successful candidate will ensure that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved designs and specifications.

• - Supervise daily site activities for road, utility, drainage, and earthworks packages
• - Set out infrastructure works and verify levels, alignments, and grades
• - Inspect materials, workmanship, and installations to ensure compliance with specifications
• - Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project progress
• - Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and site safety procedures
• - Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and quality inspection records
• - Identify and elevate technical issues, delays, or non-conformances
• - Support preparation of as-built drawings and project close-out documentation
• - Coordinate with utility authorities during connection and testing works

• - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• - 3-6 years of experience in infrastructure site engineering
• - Strong knowledge of road works, utilities, drainage systems, and earthworks
• - Experience in site supervision, quality control, and HSE compliance
• - Proficiency in AutoCAD and site surveying/setting-out tools

• - Site supervision for infrastructure works
• - Setting out and levels verification
• - Quality control and inspection
• - HSE compliance on site
• - Strong reporting and communication skills
